Every firm is a bit different, but there are many commonalities too. Our videos focus on the areas where firms tend to agree; and where firms diverge culturally or philosophically, we give a nod to that without judgment. We encourage associates to use our videos as a jumping-off point for further dialogue with mentors, in order to deepen the associate's understanding of how a topic might play out at their firm.

Each video is 3-6 minutes long, and we aim for under 5. We edit them to be concise, practical, and non-repetitive. Our videos offer actionable strategies that are specific to the law firm setting. We respect your associates' time!
