Our
Story
WorkBetter for Lawyers was designed specifically for law firm associates - to equip them with practical strategies to address the unique challenges they face every day. Seeing associates struggle with the same issues time and time again, our founder, Kandice Thorn (then in practice management at a big firm) decided to create a resource designed to help associates feel happier and more empowered, while maximizing retention and productivity for their firms.
Our Team.
Our experienced team is dedicated not only to equipping associates with the tools they need to succeed but also to delivering the information in a way that is concise, engaging, and visually appealing. Our goal is to make learning easy and fun so that participants are more likely to retain the material and incorporate it into their practice. Beyond the team members listed here, we have a talented roster of experts who work with us routinely on things like video editing, production, and web development to ensure a fantastic user experience.
